TG Vishwa Prasad Says Content Will Drive Garividi Lakshmi

Garividi Lakshmi is a biographical drama based on the life of Uttarandhra folk singer Garividi Lakshmi. Anandhi plays the lead role, while Gowri Naidu Jammu directs the film.

The theatrical trailer received a good response from the audience. At the pre-release press meet, producer TG Vishwa Prasad was asked about theatre allocation amid competition from other films.

He said big films usually get bigger openings because of business factors.

However, he expressed confidence in the film’s content and expected it to enjoy a long theatrical run. He also hoped all three films would perform well, with Garividi Lakshmi gaining momentum gradually.

The film explores the singer’s life journey, struggles and achievements.
